We offer international shipping to multiple countries and regions. Shipping methods will be arranged based on your location and order details.

Shipping costs vary depending on destination, quantity, and package size. Estimated range: Asia approx. NT$200–400, other regions approx. NT$400–900 (actual cost will be confirmed based on your order and destination). Free international shipping on orders over NT$5,000 (eligible regions will be confirmed at checkout).

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–14 business days (excluding holidays). Actual delivery time may vary depending on logistics operations and customs clearance.

Orders will be processed after full payment is completed. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or information, we will assist you with further arrangements.

An English receipt will be provided as proof of payment, either included in your package or sent electronically. We are a non-uniform invoice issuer. Receipts include order details and total amount for reimbursement reference (subject to local regulations and company policies).
